Act as the technical bridge between Sales, Product, and prospective clients—translating complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions
Support the sales team during discovery, demos, and technical evaluations with banks, insurers, and law firms
Customize demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to client-specific use cases, especially in compliance and third-party risk
Respond to RFPs, technical questionnaires, and security due diligence with accuracy and confidence
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay client feedback and help shape roadmap priorities
Contribute to technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration templates as needed

3–7 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales role—ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance platforms
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise stakeholder dynamics (CCOs, CISOs, legal teams)
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Experience working with APIs, secure workflows, and enterprise architecture discussions
