Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the post-sale customer journey—from onboarding to renewal—ensuring enterprise clients receive measurable value from the Secure Engage platform

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with compliance, legal, and procurement stakeholders at financial institutions and their HRHT third parties

  • Anticipate client needs, proactively manage expectations, and drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to ensure client feedback shapes platform enhancements and roadmap decisions

  • Create customer success playbooks, reporting dashboards, and support processes for scale

  • Oversee the design and delivery of training sessions, documentation, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or implementation roles, preferably in SaaS or RegTech

  • Proven experience managing enterprise relationships and complex stakeholder groups

  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of compliance, risk, or legal tech platforms is highly preferred

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and build processes from the ground up

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Intercom is a plus
