I’ve always been a problem solver—someone who sees complexity not as a barrier, but as an opportunity for a smarter solution. With a career spent at the intersection of technology, cybersecurity, and business, I’ve led initiatives that protect organizations, improve operational efficiency, and build trust in some of the most regulated environments in North America.
But I also noticed something troubling: compliance—meant to enable trust—was slowing business down. Smaller organizations trying to work with larger ones were being buried under months of back-and-forth, redundant questions, and opaque processes. Worse still, most so-called “compliance solutions” were little more than glorified, one-size-fits-all checklists that each claimed to be different, but all felt the same.

That was the gap. And I wanted to solve it—without creating another problem in the process.

From the start, Secure Engage and our platform SEAL were built with a privacy-first architecture. Our EPA (Empty Pockets Approach) means the platform holds no identifiable customer or vendor data, eliminating insider risk and ensuring that even in a breach, there’s nothing to steal. We chose to be one of the only companies in the space that refusesto mine, sell, use, or monetize customer and user data.

Co-Founder & Chief Client Officer, Secure Engage

After years as a chief legal officer inside global financial institutions, I saw firsthand how regulatory complexity and cybersecurity risks were reshaping the way businesses choose and manage their most trusted partners—high-risk high-trust partners like external law firms and expert consultants.

Too often, the tools we were given as legal leaders weren’t built for the decisions we had to make.

That’s how Secure Engage began.

Rajneesh and I set out to build what we both felt was missing: a smarter, faster, and more aligned way to assess risk in high-stakes relationships. Together, we designed SEAL—an AI-native platform that puts clarity, control, and collaboration back into the hands of those managing risk on the front lines.

I bring to this work a legal/regulatory lens and a deep understanding of how large organizations think—especially when the stakes are high and decisions carry reputational, regulatory, and strategic weight.

Secure Engage isn’t just a platform. It’s a response to what legal, compliance, and risk leaders have been asking for all along:

A modern system for trust that is responsive to the growing body of regulatory requirements.
