Design and implement scalable operational systems and processes across sales, delivery, finance, product, and customer success
Translate strategic goals into executable plans, timelines, KPIs, and team-level accountability
Partner with the CEO on fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting
Oversee hiring plans, team structure, and performance management
Ensure cross-functional alignment, smooth handoffs, and high execution velocity across departments
Support strategic deals and customer onboarding for enterprise clients
Own OKR planning, dashboards, and metrics to track growth, engagement, and operational efficiency

10+ years of experience in senior operational roles, including 3+ years in a COO or VP Operations role at a SaaS or startup company
Proven ability to scale processes, teams, and infrastructure in early-to-growth stage companies
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, GTM alignment, and financial operations
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
High comfort with ambiguity, context-switching, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Experience working directly with founders, investors, and external partners
Bonus: background in compliance, cybersecurity, legaltech, or AI startups
