Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools and workflows for compliance assessments, evidence mapping, risk flagging, and reporting
Work with customers and internal teams to deploy and adapt AI solutions to specific use cases (e.g., OSFI B-10, OCC, SOC2)
Integrate large language model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) with structured data and proprietary workflows
Collaborate with QA and Product to test model outputs, build redaction pipelines, and enable human-in-the-loop review
Assist in the development of fine-tuning strategies, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and performance monitoring
Communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders and provide training where needed
