Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow summaries, and expense tracking
Assist with budgeting, tax filings, and regulatory compliance tasks
Support external bookkeeping and tax advisors as needed
Help maintain records for government grant tracking and investor reporting
Ensure financial controls and best practices are followed

4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
